How Should Doctors Treat Patients With Chest Pain Who Have Normal Coronary Arteries?

A number of patients with chest pain are investigated for coronary artery disease, but are found to have "normal-looking" coronary arteries. In a policy paper in PLoS Medicine, Raffaele Bugiardini (University of Bologna, Italy) and colleagues discuss the research evidence on how best to treat patients with chest pain and normal angiograms.
